Backend engineer

As a Lead Engineer/Tech Lead, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our AI-powered development platform. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to build and deliver a state-of-the-art solution that will transform the way software is developed. If you are a passionate and creative developer with a strong architectural background, we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and lead the development of new features, ensuring the high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of the platform. You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while potentially leading on-site and remote software engineers as our team grows.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a back-end orientation, including managerial roles such as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or CTO, with the ability to lead from ideation to deployment and hands-on code contributions to production-stage products.
